Hraparak: David Lokyan is on frontline of struggle for portfolio
“Hraparak’ says that despite the vague prospect of a coalition between Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and ARF-Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD), the topic remains one of the much-talked-about, especially the number of portfolios that ARFD will get. Ex-agriculture minister David Lokyan whose son is one of the Armenian prime minister’s seven advisors is on the frontline of the struggle for portfolio. Lokyan yesterday declined to answer a question about his involvement in the possible coalition government.
