VivaCell-MTS introduces the upgraded mobile version of the “Internet Assistant” self-care portal, which allows enjoying a wider range of options for managing one’s mobile services: finding necessary information about the roaming services and the tariff plans, getting acquainted with special offers, using the coverage map and learning about the location and the working hours of the Company’s service centers, the press service of VivaCell-MTS said.
“As a customer-centered operator, VivaCell-MTS provides its subscribers with an easy-to-use and simple self-care mobile application for iOS and Android that enable them to search for and get necessary information about products and services, with an aim to enhance awareness and effectiveness in conducting various routine operations,” VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian commented.
