Haykakan Zhamanak: Karen Hakobyan to become spokesman for NSS
‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes citing its sources that Karen Hakobyan, an employee of Public Television Company of Armenia, will be appointed as spokesman for the National Security Service (NSS).
“Hakobyan is actually a NSS employee who has controlled everything happening in the television company. The position of NSS’s spokesman has been vacant since Artsvin Bagramyan died, and reporters in many cases were unable to get comments from NSS about an issue. The appointment of Karen Hakobyan will be officially announced in February,” the paper says.
