Chairman of Armenia’s Court of Appeals resigns
Pursuant to Article 152 of the Judicial Code, Chairman of Armenia’s Court of Appeals Tigran Sahakyan submitted an application for resignation to the Judicial Council, Panorama.am learned from the Cassation Court of Armenia.
Tigran Sahakyan intends to work as a judge of the same court.
Under Article 152 part 2 of the Judicial Code of Armenia, the position of a court chairman is considered vacant since the moment of receiving the application, and nominations start according to order established by the Code.
