NKR Defense Ministry: 350 shots fired by Azerbaijan at Armenian positions
Yesterday, on January 25, and the night of January 27, the Azerbaijani side fired about 350 shots at Armenian positions from small arms of various calibers on the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan , the press service of Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) said.
Azerbaijani troops also used 82mm mortar (3 shells) and RPG-7 grenade launcher (1 shell) in the northern direction of the line of contact.
‘The frontline units of NR Defense Army are in control of the frontline situation and take response actions only in case of emergency,” the ministry said in a statement.
