Delhi Declaration was adopted January 29, 1985 in the Indian capital New Delhi at the meeting of Heads of State and Governments of several countries – India, Greece , Mexico, Argentina , Tanzania and Sweden, which were the first countries to sign this document . That since the adoption of the Declaration on Principles for a nuclear weapons and non-violent world , it traces its history to today’s holiday.
