Zhamanak: Some details revealed about Sargsyan-ARFD talks
‘Zhamanak’ paper writes citing its sources that a preliminary agreement was reached during the negotiations between Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and members of ARF-Dashaktsutyun (ARFD Party that ARFD representatives will get positions of governors in Aragatsotn and Shirak provinces. Besides, according to the paper, Ministry of Emergency Situations and Territorial Administration will be split, with David Lokyan being appointed minister of territorial administration.
Haykakan Zhamanak: Civil Contract union starts 6,000 Proxies project
As part of the upcoming parliamentary election in Armenia in 2017, Civil Contract Party is starting ‘6,000 Proxies’ Project. The launch of the campaign was announced on 6000.am, according to ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily. The party intends to ensure the presence of three unbribable proxies aware of their rights at each of 1,997 polling stations so they could ensure a fair election, the paper writes.
