Armenia to join EAEU agreement on information exchange in financial sphere
Armenia, which became a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Armenia last year, will join the agreement on exchange of information, including confidential information, in the financial sphere for the creation of conditions in financial markets for free movement of capital, TASS reported.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed First PM Igor Shuvalov to sign on behalf of the Russian government the protocol on Armenia’s accession to the agreement. The respective government order is posted on the website of legal information. The other participants of EAEU signed that agreement on December 23, 2014.
