Zhamanak: Yerevan municipality sues Hrazdan Stadium for debt
Yerevan Municipality filed a lawsuit against the owner of Hrazdan Stadium who owes the municipality 8 million 817 thousand drams. The total debt of the stadium declared bankrupt is $4 million, according to ‘Zhamanak’ paper. The stadium owner, MP Ashot Aghababyan, claims the stadium is worth $50 million.
Hraparak: Pre-election stage has already begun
‘Hraparak’ paper says that in 2017 the parliamentary elections will be held not in May, as it was in the past, but in March. It means that the pre-election stage has in fact begun, and forces should be put on full alert. The time interval has declined because of interim provisions of the Constitution.
Zhoghovurd: Shavarsh Kocharyan may be appointed ambassador to Russia
‘Zhoghovurd’ says that Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan may be appointed ambassador to Russia. Armenian Foreign Ministry declined to comment on this information, noting that ambassadors are appointed according to a procedure accepted worldwide, and it is inappropriate to comment on rumors until the other side accepts the candidacy.
