17 earthquakes registered today in Armenia
According to information provided by the Seismic Protection Service, on March 4 from 11:03 till 13:24 local time (Greenwich Mean Time: from 07:03 till 09:24) the Seismic Protection Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia recorded 0.5 – 1.4 magnitude 17 earthquakes at 40.30° northern latitude and 44.95° eastern longitude (16km south-west of Gavar city, Armenia). The earthquakes struck 10km deep.
The intensity of the earthquake at the epicenter was 1-2 points.
