Armenian Traffic Police removing windscreen layers
Traffic Police officers of Armenia carried out monitoring in downtown Yerevan, on Baghramyan Avenue to remove the layers of tinted car windscreens.
“Irrespective of the title and the position a driver holds, any car noticed during the inspection with tinted windscreen, the driver is subject to administrative fine as foreseen by the law on administrative offences,” Haykaz Matevosyan, Deputy Commander of the 1st Division of the RA Traffic Police told panorama.am
Matevosyan informed that inspections would be carried out on continuous basis, adding no privileged drivers would be.
A woman driver spoke to Panorama.am and noted that Police officers gave her time to remove the layer; she was about to remove, yet the Police officers removed the layer themselves.
