Armenian chef named the best at the Culinary Olympics
Armenian chef Anna Matevosyan won for “Best Participant” at the Culinary Olympics held in India, MIR TV channel reports saying 50 chef were represented at the nomination.
“We were tasked to prepare either national, or European dishes. We chose the national one,” Matevosyan told. Her dish was made of rice, potato, with sliced and boiled mushrooms, cucumber and pepper in the face layer.
According to the source, chefs prepared salads as well: “We had a problem as the one we prepared disappeared from the fridge. But the matter was solved,” Anna told.
The restaurant management decided to include the dish prepared by Anna in its menu. The Armenian has started pondering over new recipes for future culinary competitions .
