VivaCell-MTS launches “Viva” range of voice and data tariff plans
VivaCell-MTS launched a range of new, comfortable and affordable voice and data tariff plans, offering significant value for money to mobile customers. The range of “Viva” tariff plans suits best the communication needs of subscribers interested in having affordable bouquet of voice and data packages provided within one tariff plan, reads the statement released by VivaCell-MTS.
According to it, for a fixed fee one can get airtime to VivaCell-MTS network, to RA other, 374 97 GSM and 374 47 fixed networks; to Russia, US and Canada, as well as an opportunity to send SMS, and, last but not least, high-speed Internet.
“Viva” range of tariff plans is unique in several aspects: subscriber can choose the most convenient package out of the offered options, based on individual need for a volume of on-net airtime, embedded airtime for calls to other networks and abroad, high-speed Internet and quantity of SMS messages, and all this against an affordable fee. Also, the subscriber of any of the “Viva” tariff plans can easily shift to another package of choice, as well as to choose the period of making payment, which can be either prior or after consuming the services, thus doing away with the complexities of both prepaid and postpaid plans.
The new range of tariff plans provides a flexible solution and brings more simplicity to VivaCell-MTS’ product structure. It has been developed after extensive consumer research and truly reflects the expectations of mobile subscribers with varying communication needs and budget spent on voice and data services.
“Viva” tariff line offers a new approach to combining voice and mobile Internet services in one package. The new tariff range is very flexible and is perfectly tailored to fit the needs of the subscriber. Equally important is that the subscriber can choose the period of making payment, which can be either prior or after consuming the services, thus combining the advantages of prepaid and postpaid tariff plans. Another convenient feature of “Viva” is that it allows the subscriber to switch between the tariff plan options without visiting a service center,” VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian commented.
The launch of this new range of tariff plans coincided with the visit of VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian to the service center in Artashat.
Asked about the objective of the visit to a regional service center, Ralph Yirikian said: “Visiting regional service centers is not something new. This is a regular practice I’ve been doing always by paying a visit unexpectedly, without prior notice, and sometimes, as a subscriber. The objective of frequent visits, meetings, as well as trainings is to continuously instill in the customer service staff the belief that they are in the forefront and responsible for keeping the reputation of the Company at the highest level, as an Olympic sportsman would enhance the name of the country by keeping the bar.”
