Levon Aronian shares point with Veselin Topalov
10th round of World Chess Championship Candidates Tournament took place in Moscow on March 23. Levon Aronian v. Veselin Topalov, Sergey Karjakin v. Anish Giri, Peter Svindler v. Hikaru Nakamura games ended in draw, yet Fabiano Caruana defeated former world champion Vishwatnathan Anand.
Karjakin and Caruana lead the standings by 6 points each. Aronian and Anand gained 5.5 points each, Giri gained 5 points, Svindler 4.5, Nakamura 4 and Topalov 3.5 points.
In 11th round, Aronian will play against Svindler with white pieces. Topalov will play against Caruana, Anand against Karjakin and Giri will play against Nakamura.
