NKR President called Noragyough among the oldest and established Artsakh settlements
Artakh President Bako Sahakyan visited the Noragyough settlement in the Askeran region on March 26 and partook there at a solemn event devoted to the 50th anniversary of moving the village from the adjoining mountainous location to the present-day territory, Information department of the President’s Office reports
President Sahakyan called Noragyough among the oldest and established settlements of Artsakh having tangible contribution in the republic’s socioeconomic development, adding that the state would further on keep at the spotlight the solution of issues the countryside faced.
National Assembly Chairman Ashot Goulyan, premier Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the event.
