G. Surenyan: Huge cyclone to move into Armenia
Huge cyclone will move into Armenia from the Mediterranean Sea. Panorama.am learned from Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Head of the Hydrology Center of Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to him, precipitation is expected in most regions of Armenia with a gradual grow this evening.
Precipitation is particularly expected at night and tomorrow evening as well as rain and snow is anticipated to the accepted monthly norm.
Snowstorms, fog and low visibility are expected in mountainous regions, namely Shirak, Kotayk, Aragatsotn, Gegharkunik.
The temperature will drop in daytime by 5-7 degrees in the republic. Daytime temperature in Yerevan will be +10+12 tomorrow. According to Surenyan, the cyclone will gradually move away from March 29.
