Young journalists from Armenia, Russia tp broadcast their stories via VivaCell-MTS 3G/4G network
The festive opening of the “Mediapoligon-Yerevan 24” event took place in the large auditorium of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University. VivaCell-MTS is the General Partner of the program. The Company has provided the eight dozen foreign participants and organizers of the project with mobile numbers and 4G Wi-Fi routers giving them an opportunity to speak within VivaCell-MTS network for free, as well as use 3G/4G Internet for sending and broadcasting reportages, reads the statement released by VivaCell-MTS.
The participants will send their text, photo and video materials to the main office of the Project located in the “Moscow House” Cultural and Business Center, from where they will be published.
The “Mediapoligon-Yerevan 24” program in Yerevan is organized by the “Expert” Moscow-based media holding in cooperation with “Russkiy Reporter” magazine and “Arminfo” news agency.

“Mediapoligon-Yerevan 24” is an innovative educational program that aims at uniting current and prospective professionals in the media sphere. The program is a unique opportunity for young journalists and students to acquire new knowledge, to hone their skills and get acquainted with renowned professionals from Armenia and abroad. Throughout a whole week, guest speakers will deliver lectures and master-classes in journalism, photo and video. Young journalists and students from a number of Russian cities will participate in the “Mediapoligon-Yerevan 24”.
“Mediapoligon-Yerevan 24” also features a special 24-hour event - “Yerevan 24” – during which young participants of the program will publish stories about the life in Yerevan round the clock. The participants will see the sights in Yerevan and describe their impressions about the life in the capital. Their stories will be published during 24 hours on the websites of “Russkiy Reporter” magazine and “Arminfo” news agency: www.24.rusrep.ru / www.arminfo.info
Yerevan is the ninth city to host “Mediapoligon” educational program. Previously it has been held in the Russian cities of Belgorod, Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Ufa, Perm, Chelyabinsk and Samara; as well as the capital of Belarus, Minsk.
