Concertmaster competition in Armenia
5th Acomponists Competition after Heghine ter-Ghevondyan will take place at Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan on April 2-7, informs the press service of Conservatory.
The aim of the competition is to encourage young performers, to enable them to express themselves and contribute to the improvement of their professional abilities. Students of Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, as well as of musical institutions of the provinces will have a chance to participate. 15 applications have already been received.
The competition launched in 2008 and takes place every two years. The organizer of the competition is Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan.
