Shavarsh Kocharyan: Latest events once again underline involving Nagorno Karabakh in negotiations has no alternative
It has always been in our agenda to make Nagorno Karabakh a negotiating party and the latest events once again proved its importance, said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan referring to the meeting held in Moscow with the participation of Chiefs of General Staff of Armenia and Azerbaijan leaving out Nagorno Karabakh.
Kocharyan also noted that making Nagorno Karabakh a negotiating party has no alternative and is important for both preventing such provocations in the future and making a progress in the negotiation process.
