Armen Muradyan: Positive change in the conditions of wounded soldiers
Positive change was observed in the conditions of soldiers who were wounded during military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan in Artsakh and transferred to Central Military Hospital of Yerevan, Minister of Healthcare, Armen Muradyan said after government session.
According to the minister, all the patients are properly taken care of and provided with both, medication and special assistance.
Armen Muradyan also noted that there is only one soldier with brain injury in critical condition, yet positive change has been observed in his condition too.
The minister also noted that since the first day of the military operations, Ministry of Health of Armenia has been cooperating with Ministry of Defense of Armenia, NKR Defense Army, as well as Ministry of Health of Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
“As a result of the cooperation, corresponding organizations were provided with necessary medication, medical equipment, professionals, as well as with transportation means,” Muradyan said.
Besides, according to the Minister, since the first day of military operations, numerous entrepreneurs, philanthropists and ordinary people have been participating in replenishment of medical inventories.
He also noted that doctors from Armenian diaspora also expressed their willingness to support.
Concerning the transportation of those soldiers wounded in Artsakh, the Minister said that the issue was solved by using the helicopters of the Ministry of Defense and ambulance cars.
