Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Tigran Balayan in an interview with Novosti Armenia commented on Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov’s statement that“practically all agreements on Nagorno Karabakh are on the table”.

“The Kazan document presented to the sides in 2011 is on the negotiations table. Azerbaijan refuses to admit it, even though the document was initially agreed upon with Baku. We have repeatedly spoken about it. Still during Kazan meeting, Aliyev made 10 additional proposals and actually disrupted the agreed principles of the settlement”.

To remind, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, after the meeting with Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Iran, stated that practically all agreements on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement are “on the table”.

“President of Russia, Vladimir Putin pays special attention to this issue, we regularly meet on ministerial level. I agree that practically all agreements are “on the table” and we are closer [to reaching them],” Lavrov said.
