Hayk Demoyan: Turkey was at least aware of commencement of such actions by Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan wouldn’t start the reckless operations in April without Turkey’s awareness, said Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Hayk Demoyan.
According to him, Turkey was at least aware of commencement of such operations, because Azerbaijani forces were preparing for the offensive in special military installations of Turkey.
“It was clear, that Turkey was a provoking, rather than a resolving party in this conflict supporting Azerbaijan. In other words, there is a state absolutely and completely supporting one of the sides of the conflict, at least on the first level,” Demoyan said.
