Children of Talish village resume their studying
Despite the border tensions, the classes at NKR Nor Gharachinar community never interrupted. Furthermore, an increase in the number of pupils was recorded. 8 pupils from Talish village joined the 24 pupils f Nor Gharachinar. Talish pupils received books and writing materials, Artsakh Public TV Company reports.
The school principal said that pupils and teachers do not miss the classes and no one plans to leave the village albeit the previously circulated speculations.
In the result of the military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan in the northeast direction of the NKR conflict zone on April 1-2 Talish, Mataghis, and Tonashen were the most affected settlements. Civilian population of the mentioned communities was evacuated and moved to more secure villages of Artsakh or to Armenian settlements.
Around 300 people out of the Talish 500 population as of April 2 moved to Armenia, among them 90 are children, 30 - elderly people. Currently, about 108 children attend the village main schools.
