Edward Nalbandian: Karabakh never be part of Azerbaijan
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian reflected on the speculations on a new document on the negotiation table about the Nagorno Karabakh issue.
“A document is considered the draft which has been subject to negotiations between the parties. Numerous such documents existed. When the negotiations on a particular document brought no success those were enclosed and archived in the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna.”
“The only document which is not submitted to Vienna to be archived is the Kazan document. Thus, subsequently, all other interpretations are irrelevant. There are certainly different proposals, and there is no need to reinvent a wheel. The principles and the key elements are known. The essence of this settlement process is that Karabakh will never be part of Azerbaijan,” Minister Nalbandian underscored.
