Atrocities committed by Azerbaijan submitted to the UN Office
The process of presenting the atrocities committed by Azerbaijan to the international community and putting them in the legal dimension started, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said during an interview with Armenian Public TV Company.
“Today we submitted the facts to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights with a corresponding letter. The process will certainly continue,” the minister noted.
Asked whether the occurred situation turns the negotiations into a meaningless process, the minister said: “No military operations, no war may resolve a conflict. The evidence from the history shows that parties return to the negotiation table after all military operations and wars y and resume the talks even under more tough conditions. I think no one needs to start new military operations.”
