Defense Army serviceman killed by adversary fire
Karabakh Defense Army soldier, Gevorg G. Gevorgyan, 1996, received a fatal gunshot wound s a result of Azerbaijani shooting on April 19, at around 09:50 on the combat position of a military unit in the southern direction of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army, press department of the NKR Defense Army reports.
According to the information, an investigation is underway to look into the circumstances.
NKR Defense Army shares the grief of the irreparable loss and conveys its support to the soldier’s family, relatives and fellow soldiers,” reads the statement.
