RF MFA: Lavrov to pay special attention to Nagorno Karabakh conflict
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov will arrive in Armenia on a working visit to negotiate with President Serzh Sarrgsyan and Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian on April 21-22, reports press service of the RF MFA.
“Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov will arrive in Armenia on a working visit. The Minister scheduled a meeting with the President of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, negotiations with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian and a visit to “Tsitsernakaberd” memorial dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
“During the negotiations with his counterpart, a wide variety of regional and international issues will be discussed. Considering the latest events on the Line of Contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, special attention will be given to the Karabakh conflict,” reports the source.
