By subscribing to VivaCell-MTS’ “STARTPHONE” tariff plan for 24 months you can get a “BLU Studio X Mini” 4G (LTE) smartphone for AMD 1, says VivaCell-MTS Public Relations Officer, Vahe Isahakyan.

“For AMD 4500 monthly fee the subscriber also gets 2000 on-net minutes, an opportunity to send unlimited (1000 SMS within VivaCell-MTS network) SMS and 3000 MB of Internet every month.
