V. Kazimirov conveyed the copy of the Agreement “On Confirmation of Commitment to ceasefire” to Panorama.am
Russian diplomat, former representative to the Russian President over the Karabakh issue and former chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group Vladimir Kazimirov gave a lengthy interview to Russian Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper on April 24 reflecting on Karabakh settlement peace process, shared his perspectives on the ceasefire agreement with no expiration date, the circumstances around the signing process as well as his vision over the resolution of the conflict.
During the mentioned interview the renowned diplomat introduced a document, never published before, called as Agreement “On Confirmation of Commitment to ceasefire” which had been signed in 1994 by Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia. Kazimirov informed the Azerbaijani side put its signature under the document on June 26, 1994, while Armenia and Artsakh signed it the next day.
