Number of complaints submitted to ECHR against Azerbaijan increase
New complaints have been submitted by a group of lawyers and human rights defendants to the European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) against Azerbaijan, concerning constant violations of rights of the families of soldiers and civilians killed during the military operations on the Line of Contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan on the night of April 1-2, 2016, informs lawyer Artak Zeynalyan.
According to him, the initiated legal procedures are unique and complex, and durable in nature. The number of complaints have a tendency to increase as the number of plaintiffs continues to grow.
“The group of lawyers and human rights defendants thank all individuals and organizations who assessing the importance and significance of the procedure support the protection of the rights of the victims of Azerbaijani aggression,” Zeynalyan said in his message.
