Serviceman Arman Lazgiyan soon to be moved to Germany for treatment
Arman Lаzginyan, 19 wounded in Talish on April 7 will fly to Hamburg, Germany with his doctor and parents on May 19 to receive treatment, Arman’s father, Mikayel Lаzginyan told Panorama.am.
“The Ministry of Health told they would cover all the expenses if Arman continued his treatment here. Yet, considering the fact that he should receive rehabilitation treatment, we decided to move abroad,” he said.
Arman’s father also said that Prime Minister, Ministers of Defense and Health, Members of Parliament and philanthropists support the family.
The soldier has problems connected with his spine, abdomen and oesophagus.
In one of his interviews, Mikayel Lazginyan said that; “the bullet went through his throat and came out of his spine damaging his oesophagus, trachea, vocal cords, the spine and spinal cord.”
On April 7, Arman was taken to Mataghis, then to Martakert and on April 8 to Yerevan on a helicopter.
He underwent several surgeries.
