Armenian wine tasting reception in Washington D.C.
An Armenian wine tasting reception was organized at the Armenian Embassy in the US. With the efforts of Vineyards of Armenia organization, eight different Armenian wine-producing companies presented their products in Washington D.C. The guests were served red, white, rose and sparkling wines produced in Armenia.
According to information and public relations department of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia, diplomats, entrepreneurs, representatives of the Armenian community and other guests attended the reception. The event was accompanied by the music of Levon Mikaelian Jazz Trio.
Keush, Highland Cellars, Old Bridge (Hin Kamurj), Van Ardi, Voskeni, Karas, Trinity, Kataro wine producing companies were featured.
Earlier, Vineyards of Armenia organized a similar reception at Smithsonian Institution in New York and Washington D.C. The Armenian winemakers are taking successful steps to enter the American market and expand wine export.
