269 consequences of the strong wind occurred in Yerevan
RA Ministry of Emergency reports details about the consequences of a strong wind occurred in Yerevan on May 23.
According to the press release, alarm calls have been received about damages of 135 roofs, 72 trees, 8 gas and 2 water pipes, 6 billboards, two windows and 16 electricity poles (electrical wires) due to the breathing of the wind,
According to the source, alarms were received from Yerevan and 7 Armenian provinces. Overall, 269 cases were reported in Armenia, out of which 241 reported in Yerevan and 28 - in provinces.
According to the source, the speed of the wind from 17:00 to 18:00, in the territory of the republic was 13-28 m/s.
