FM Nalbandian meets with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs
with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, James Warlick of the United States of America, Pierre Andrieu of France as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, press department of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
According to the release, details of the Co-Chairs’ proposals on establishment of the investigative mechanism into the incidents and the expansion of the existing Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson in Office were discussed during the meeting.
The statement reads, that interlocutors highlighted the importance of implementation of the agreements reached at May 16 Vienna summit, the taken commitments to settle the conflict through peaceful means, the importance of respecting the 1994 and 1995 ceasefire agreements, the steps aimed at implementation of efficient monitoring in the conflict zone as well as the establishment of investigation mechanisms which would create favorable conditions to resume the negotiations.
