Lilit Mkrtchyan gains 5 points at European Individual Women’s Chess Championship
The 7th round games of the European Individual Women’s Chess Championship were held at Mamaia, Romania, reports ANOC press service.
According to the source, Armenian representative, Lilit Mkrtchyan and Maria Kursova shared a point with their rivals.
Current Armenian chess champion, Maria Gevorgyan has been celebrating victories third round in a row, this time defeating Georgian Sofio Gvetadze. Lilit Mkrtchyan already has 5 points. She is behind the leaders of the rankings with 0.5 point.
