Armenian films presented during 38th Moscow International Film Festival
Harutyun Khachatryan’s movie “Deadlock” will be featured in the Special Screenings during the 38th Moscow International Film Festival, which takes place from June 23 to 30.
The official website of the festival informs that “Deadlock” will be screened on June 24 and 25.
“Deadlock” is about an Armenian engineer Levon who moved to the USA with his family in the ‘90s. Harutyun Khachatryan has followed Levon for 25 years and depicted his life and relationship with his family.
David Safarian’s “28:94: Local Time” (Germany, Netherlands, Armenia) will be screened on June 28 in the Sex, Food, Culture, Death non-competition program.
It should be noted that the festival features 12 competition, 8 documentary and 14 short films.
