Greco-Roman junior wrestlers return with one bronze medal
Armenian Greco-Roman wrestlers finished their performances at the European Junior Championship underway in Romania, ANOC press service reports.
According to the source, from four weightlifters fought on June 22 only Ararat Manucharyan at 55kg had a chance to win a bronze medal but lost 1:2 to Russia’s Artur Petrosyan, so the Armenian Greco-Roman junior team returns home with one bronze medal conquered by Gevorg Khumaryan (60kg).
Freestyle wrestlers will start the competition on June 25.
