New cyclone to move into Armenia
Huge cyclone will move into Armenia on July 1. Panorama.am learned from Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Head of the Hydrology Center of Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations. Surenyan posted on Facebook a recommendation to start mowing before the anticipated cyclone.
According to the forecasts of the meteorological center, Southern warm air currents will penetrate the territory of the republic on June 26-30.
The temperature will rise in Yerevan and in Ararat valley 36…+37C on June 28-29.
Despite the warm weather, precipitations is expected on June 27-30 in northern regions of the republic, namely in Shirak, Lori, Tavush, Aragatsotn, Kotayk mountains as well as Gegharqunik, where thunderstorm and rain are anticipated in the evenings.
In other marzes and in Yerevan weather without precipitation is expected.
