President Serzh Sargsyan sent letter of condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan
President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a letter of condolences to the President of the Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on a terrorist attack which took place in Istanbul on June 28 and claimed several dozens of innocent lives and left more than hundred wounded, information and public relations department of the administration of the president reports.
According to the source, the President of Armenia strongly condemned the terrorist attack and expressed sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.
To remind, 41 people were killed and 239 injured in terrorist attacks at Istanbul Ataturk Airport. According to Turkish Prime Minister, the terrorist attacks were organized by the “Islamic State” terrorist group.
