Presentation of Otri Trio ensemble at Cafesjian Centre for the Arts
Since the formation of the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia, its ensembles have been playing an important role in the activity of the collective participating in the numerous multi-genre projects. In 2016 the musicians of the Youth Orchestra and its Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Sergey Smbatyan initiated the foundation of the new and unique Otri Trio ensemble. Panorama.am was informed that the presentation of the ensemble will take place at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts on July 13.
The members of the trio are Ruzanna Tovmasyan (flute), Anzhela Hovhannisyan (violin) and Arevik Kosyan (viola). Anushik Karapetyan (piano) will also take part in this pending concert program.
The musicians will present the pieces of Ludwig van Beethoven, Max Reger and Nino Rota.
