The court arrested for two months for suspects in armed robbery on a gun shop and the military unit in Aktobe, reported Interfax agency, referring to the press service of the regional court.
The petition on sanctioning the measure of restraint in form of detention in respect of nine persons aged 16 to 29 years old enrolled in Aktobe city court. The court considered the case on 8 and 14 June, but the decisions was made public only on Monday, July 4.

“The ruling of the investigating judge of the court №2 of Aktobe city of the petition on sanctioning the measure of restraint in form of detention in respect of these individuals satisfied… Sanctioned the measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of two months”, read the court decision.

To remind, a group of people on 5 June made armed attacks on two gun store and military unit in Aktobe. The city had declared a state of anti-terrorist operation. As a result of the terrorist attacks eight people were killed, three of them soldiers. Security forces eliminated 18 criminals arrested nine people.
