Wounded serviceman in extremely critical condition after undergoing surgery in Yerevan
Serviceman Tigran Mkrtchyan was wounded in Tavush province on July 10. He is in an extremely critical condition. As Executive of the Central Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Aram Asaturyan informed Panorama.am , one of the lungs, the liver and the kidney of the 19-year old soldier were wounded.
It should be noted that the soldier has been transferred to Central Military Hospital in Yerevan from Noyemberyan.
“Tigran Mkrtchyan has undergone surgeries in both Noyemberyan and Yerevan. We cannot say whether any other surgeries will be performed,” Mr. Asaturyan said.
