Microsoft Q4 net profit increases by 37.8%
According to Earnings Release FY16 Q4 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Investor/earnings/FY-2016-Q4/press-release-webcast published by Microsoft, the company’s net profit increased by 37.8% reaching USD 16.8 billion, Gazeta.ru http://www.gazeta.ru/tech/news/2016/07/20/n_8901401.shtml reports.
In the meantime, Microsoft Corp. Revenue increased by 8.8% reaching USD 85.3 billion GAAP. By the end of the fourth quarter this index had increased by 7.1% (USD 20.6 billion).
“This past year was pivotal in both our own transformation and in partnering with our customers who are navigating their own digital transformations. The Microsoft Cloud is seeing significant customer momentum and we’re well positioned to reach new opportunities in the year ahead,” said Satya Nadella, chief executive officer at Microsoft.
