
Armenia stand-off: Two hostages released
Two policemen held hostage, a Lieutenant and a Sergeant have been released. They will soon be united with their families. The other two hostages, Deputy Chief of the Police, Vardan Yeghiazaryan and Deputy Chief of the Police of Yerevan, Valery Osipyan will be released after an establishment of a media point.
Earlier, news agencies reported that members of the armed group met with Director of National Security Service of Armenia, Georgi Kutoyan with the mediation of Artsakh hero, Vitaly Balasanyan.
It was decided that hostages would be set free provided that a media point is established.
