Iranian official: Iran may increase gas supply to Armenia
“Iran may expand the volumes of gas supply to Armenia,” Azizollah Ramezani, Director for the National Iranian Gas Company told reporters, according to IRIB agency.
Commenting on the gas cooperation between Armenia and Iran, Ramezani noted that Iran exports 1 million cubic meters of gas to Armenia daily, in accordance with the Agreement on Gas-Electricity Swap between the two states.
Director for the National Iranian Gas Company added that the volume of exported gas may be increased, reaching 1,5 milliard cubic meters annually.
