“Daredevils of Sassoun” member, Arayik Khandoyan refuses medical aid, his lawyer says
Arayik Papikyan, lawyer of member of “Daredevils of Sassoun” armed group, Arayik Khandoyan told reporters that no charges have been pressed against Khandoyan, yet he also informed that the investigations are likely to be carried out today.
According to the lawyer, having different injuries, Khandoyan refused medical aid. “I spoke to him yesterday. He was in a good mood with no sign of depression. He asked me to tell his friends that he loves Armenia and the Armenian people”.
To remind, yesterday, July 31, members of the armed group laid down their arms and surrendered to the authorities.
Earlier, on July 29, Arayik Khandoyan had been wounded, yet he chose to remain at Erebuni police station.
