In Hadrout the volume of the gross cereal harvest exceeded the indices of the last 8 years
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited on 2 August the Hadrout region. As the Information Department of Artsakh President’s Office reports, the head of the State convened a consultation in the vicinity of the Togh village with the participation of heads of the Hadrout regional administration and communities devoted to the 2016 grain harvest process.
President Sahakyan noted with satisfaction that in the current year the volume of the gross cereal harvest in the region exceeded the indices of the last 8 years.
The statement says Artsakh President gave concrete instructions for proper solution of the discussed issues adding that there were sufficient preconditions in the region for consistent increase of both gross harvest and yield indices.
On the same day the President visited a youth camp “Motherland” organized by the Free Homeland Party, met with the young people and in a warm atmosphere discussed with them various topics. The Head of the State noted the importance of organizing such camps from the viewpoints of patriotic upbringing and getting acquainted with the native land.
Prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials accompanied the President during the visit.
