Average index of 2016 grain yield in Martouni region is the highest in NKR
On 4 August, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Martouni region and convened in the town of Karmir Shouka a consultation with participation of heads of regional administration and communities devoted to the 2016 cereal harvest process, Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh President informs.
According to the source, the President mentioned with satisfaction that average index of the 2016 grain yield in Martouni region was the highest in the republic and the region occupied the second place in terms of the gross harvest volume.
The Head of the State noted that the registered indices allow securing high volumes of gross harvest in the future too accentuating within this context efficient organization of relevant activities and giving concrete instruction for proper solution of the discussed issues.
Prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials accompanied the President.
