NKR President Bako Sahakyan met with representatives of educational, cultural and youth sphere
On 11 August, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with educational, cultural and youth sphere representatives and discussed issues relating to the doctrine of the constitutional reforms, central information department of the presidents administration informs.
According to the source, the President called such discussions demanded noting that he anticipated an active participation of the spheres' representatives in the process of constitutional reforms.
NKR National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials partook at the meeting.
