Artsakh president discussed issues related to the constitutional reforms’ doctrine
On 12 August, President Bako Sahakyan met with representatives of the functioning in the republic parties and discussed with them issues related to the constitutional reforms' doctrine, central information department of the president’s administration informs.
According to the source, the Head of the State highlighted the role of the political parties in constitutional reforms, welcomed their readiness to participate in this process underlining that constructive discussions would only raise the efficiency of the carried out activities.
NKR National Assembly Chairman Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials partook at the meeting.
